Situated 5 km from Whitefield’s IT corridor, is a huge plus for my job at TCS. The villas’ Mediterranean style, with spacious courtyards and modern interiors, is breathtaking. The clubhouse, with its sauna and indoor games, is a perfect unwind spot. Schools like Greenwood High and hospitals like Sakra World are close by, making it ideal for families. The Varthur Lake views add a serene charm. however the peak hour traffic is a concern.

I visited Prestige Raintree Park, and I’m so impressed! The location on Varthur Main Road, just 15 minutes from Whitefield’s IT hubs like EPIP Zone, is perfect for my commute. The villas’ Mediterranean design, with large windows and central courtyards, feels luxurious yet cozy. The amenities, including the yoga deck and kids’ play area, are thoughtfully designed.
