Bought a villa here as a second home. The rental demand from senior executives in the IT belt is decent, although the returns are more long-term
I wish the visitor parking was a bit more spacious during events, but otherwise, no complaints
Security is good, but we’ve had occasional power fluctuations. The generator kicks in, but it’s something to note.
